Located on Middagh Street & Willow Street, the one bedroom apartment is a “country house in the city” dating from 1830.  It is on the ground floor of a walk-up 4-story townhouse.

Please Note: The owners of this apartment rent it as a B&B from November to April. From May to October they rent the entire ground floor as a furnished sublet. When the apartment is rented as a B&B, only the bedroom and bathroom are private (the living room is shared and the kitchen is only accessible when meals are served). When the apartment is rented as a sublet, the entire apartment is private and available for your use.

The guest quarters of the B&B are located in its own suite in the rear of the home, next to the garden. Two skylights and five windows light up the private bedroom. Embracing a home-away-from-home ambiance, the bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables, a Mexican armoire, and even a love seat for guest seating.  A large wooden desk allows a comfortable space for working and studying.

When operating as a B&B, the accommodation includes the following: Pure cotton sheets and towels, and down, wool and cotton blankets are provided. There are a washer and dryer available for guest use. Breakfast is provided: juice, coffee or tea, toast, butter, jam. For long-term guests, cleaning and 
change of bed is provided regularly. Guests are requested to remove shoes on entering and smoking is not permitted. No kitchen privileges are granted to guests except for storage of juice.

When rented as a furnished sublet apartment, the entire ground floor is private and available for use by tenants. This includes a living room that charms with exposed wood beam ceilings and an exposed brick wall. It features rows of stocked bookshelves, a desk for workspace, adecorative fireplace, and a dining table that fits six to eight guests. The kitchen presents black-and-white tiled floors and all essential cooking equipment, plus a second dining table seating four. There is a dishwasher and a laundry washer/dryer for your convenience.
